The designer Elisabetta Franchi was born in Bologna and her creative activity began in the 1990s when she founded the company Betty Blue Spa. Based on a profound exploration of contemporary trends and observation of metropolitan taste, in 1998 the stylist established Celyn b, a brand dedicated to the feminine universe and with a name that evokes the elegance of Parisian style. She transforms the Celyn b brand into Elisabetta Franchi, in order to fully identify the style conceived and created by the designer with her own name.
Launched in 2000 by Aussie designer Jamie Blakely, One Teaspoon clothing has been a go-to for expertly distressed denim, like shredded boyfriend jeans, frayed cutoffs, and slouchy chambray shirts. Today, the collection has grown to include such non-jean items as flowy slip dresses and slouchy leather shorts, with the laid-back, easygoing aesthetic still fully intact. Blending a rebellious, rock and roll vibe with a free-spirited aesthetic, One Teaspoon strives to reinvigorate tired, fashion-shy wardrobes for those who dare to explore the world of alternative fashion.
